YFR was set up and is managed by fundraisers with first-hand experience of Face-to-Face fundraising. Our ethos is to strip away the layers of management and allow charities to deal directly with the key element in any face-to-face campaign - your fundraisers. We are a small close knit company promoting a hands-on approach. our managers and key personnel work alongside our fundraising offices and do not manage from a distance.
All our regional fundraising offices report directly into YFR. We do not sub-contract a field force organisation to provide our resource. Our operation is managed with maximum control and enables you to build your own Face-to-Face relationships with our teams through regular visits and feedback sessions. Your message is relayed directly to the people who are responsible for promoting your organisation to the public on a daily basis.
All inclusive Billing
Our pricing model is based purely on cost per acquisition. There are no bolts on costs for verifying / sending data, material artwork, welcome / verification calls, production management and extra IT services. At YFR everything is included in the one cost of each acquisition, whilst still keeping our prices competitive. This is non prescriptive and our programmes are tailored to the client's requirements.
Reduced Financial Risk
YFR are committed to alleviating financial risk from our clients. We do not oblige charities to pay fixed fees for donors. Our model ensures that 100% of fees are reimbursed to charities should a donor not make a payment. We also offer 50% credits for donors that only make 1 or 2 payments.
