    The majority of our donor recruitment is undertaken through our various Door-to-Door programmes providing our clients with committed monthly givers via Direct Debit.

    Private Sites

    For charities seeking an alternative route to market YFR offer a Private Sites programme. As with our Door-to-Door model, recruitment is by Direct Debit signing up long term, committed givers.

    Private Site recruitment offers clients the opportunity to recruit in public but in an environment that is 'all weather' and in a venue that allows people the freedom to approach our stand for information.

    Sites are typically based in shopping centres covering the breadth of London and other main cities throughout the UK.

    In line with our quality assurance and reduced financial risk, we are happy to absorb hire costs for clients wishing to test this method of recruitment with YFR.

  • call centre

    Call Centre

    YFR operate a highly trained and professional telephony contingent to our services with our own international call centre, based in the North East. This side of the business is managed by Michelle Greaves, a former call centre manager for mobile phone network Orange.

    Our call centre provides welcome and donor verification calls for our Face-to-Face fundraising as well as offering telephone fundraising fundraising services in its own right such as upgrades and reactivations.
